Terms for using Las Vegas Finds: the nature of its rankings, business claims, Pro and Top plans and permitted use.
Scope
These terms govern lasvegasfinds.com and its “For businesses” area. Using either means you agree to them.
Rankings are information
They help you compare businesses but don’t certify the quality, safety, price or availability of anything offered. Agreements with a business are between you and that business.
Data that changes
Scores, review totals, hours, categories and photos are drawn from public sources and change often. Verify what matters, including any contractor license, before you commit.
Owners and listings
Verified owners can claim listings free of charge. Their changes publish immediately and are reviewed later; edits found to be false, self-promoting or against these terms can be reversed. Requests to add businesses are reviewed before anything appears.
Pro and Top
Annual subscriptions processed by Stripe; every business is entitled to one free 7-day trial. Pro gives a fuller profile; Top moves a business that is already ranked into one of the first spots, labeled. After cancellation the plan continues to the end of the paid period.
Not allowed
Unlawful use, automated harvesting, attempts to access restricted parts of the site, impersonating a business or a person, and false submissions.
Intellectual property
Our texts, rankings, design and the Las Vegas Finds name are owned by us or licensed. Short quotes with a link are fine; more needs permission. Copyright complaints: info@lasvegasfinds.com.
Liability and updates
We try to keep everything accurate but some detail will always be out of date somewhere, and what listed businesses sell or do is on them, not on Las Vegas Finds. These terms may be updated, and the version on this page applies.
